红豆粥的做法
豆子不容易煮烂,尤其是红豆,今天借这个红豆粥告诉大家两个快速煮烂豆 子的小窍门.
红豆还是其他豆子只要将其放在冰箱冷冻室2小时拿出来再煮, 豆子很快就烂了;或者待水开锅时,兑入几次凉水,被凉水“激”几次,豆子就很容 易煮烂了!
煮豆粥时,很多人习惯将豆子提前用水泡,其实这样更不容易煮烂.老辈人喜欢 在煮粥的时候放些碱,让它熟的更快,但这样,豆子中的维生素B2可就几乎全被破坏 掉喽。
其实只要只要当豆子将要开花时,把大米放进去,用中火煮烂.这样的粥,既好 吃又省火,下次不妨尝试下哦
《红豆粥》
【原料】主料：大米50克，红小豆15克辅料：红糖适量，糖桂花少许。
【做法】
（1）将红豆与大米分别淘洗干净。
（2）将红豆放入锅内，加入适量清水，烧开并煮至烂熟，再加入水与大米一起煮。用大火烧沸后，转用小火，煮至粘稠为止。
（3）将粥内加入适量红糖，烧开盛入碗内，撒上少许糖桂花即成。
《美容养颜 莲子百合红豆沙》
炎热的天气，最适宜就是煲盅糖水，把它放在雪柜里冰冻了吃。
莲子百合红豆沙有美容养颜的效用，女孩子要多吃一点啊。
【材料】 红豆500G、白莲子30G、百合10G 、陈皮适量、冰糖约500G。
【做法】
1、先洗干净红豆、莲子、百合，清水泡浸两小时；
2、煮开水，把红豆(和浸豆水)还有陈皮、莲子、百合放入锅中；
3、煮开后用中慢火煲两小时，最后才用大火煲大概半小时；
4、煲至红豆起沙和还有适量水份，就可以加糖调味， 甜度根据各人所爱
