Cancellation policy :

You can contact the customer service team during working hours directly  to cancel or change for orders before 16:00 on the same day UK time, and please call 02380-650606 during 08:00-09:00 am to change your address  for orders on previous day after 16:00, and otherwise please inquire about the delivery status on the same day through customer service during (08:00-12:00, 1:00-17:00)

b. UKCNSHOP customer service can help you to change or cancel all orders  before shipping for free. For orders that have been shipped or have exceeded the cancelable time period will need to charge 6.5 pounds for the logistics service fee for address changes or recalls. Packages that have been delivered to a collection store cannot be recalled or cancelled.
