椒盐为中国各个地区常见的调味料。可以用小中火将花椒粒与盐炒约一两分钟至花椒香气溢出，盛起待凉即可。
花椒粒炒香后磨成的粉末即为花椒粉，若加入炒黄的盐则成为花椒盐，常用于油炸食物沾食之用。是四川菜常用味道之一，香麻而咸，多用于热菜。
营养分析：
1. 花椒气味芳香，可除各种肉类的腥膻臭气，能促进唾液分泌，增加食欲；
2. 日本医学院研究发现，花椒能使血管扩张，从而能起到降低血压的作用。
一般人群均可食用：
肾病患者、白内障患者、高温环境下工作的人群、孕妇、阴虚火旺者不宜食用。
制作指导：
1. 调制时盐须炒干水分，碾为极细粉末，花椒须炒香，亦碾为细末，随制随用，不宜久放；
2. 应用范围：鸡、猪、鱼类等动物为原料的菜肴。 如：椒盐八宝鸡、椒盐蹄筋、 椒盐里脊、 椒盐鱼卷、椒盐排骨、 椒盐大虾等。
食疗作用：
花椒有芳香健胃，温中散寒，除湿止痛，杀虫解毒，止痒解腥之功效。

If someone else signs for your delivery without inspecting the goods, it is deemed that there is no problem with the goods you ordered.
