丰水梨又称“蜜父”“玉乳”“快果”“宗果”等，果皮呈浅褐色，个大、梨皮薄、果肉厚而洁白、果肉细腻而松脆、水分充足、口感好、含糖量高、汁液多营养丰富, 含多种人体必需的氨基酸、维生素、矿物质,含糖量平均在 13%左右。
